1/2 cup or 118 g of avocado strawberries
1/2 cup or 118 g of strawberries
1/2 cup or 118 ml coconut milk
1 tbsp or 15 g of chia seeds
1 tbsp or 15 g of pumpkin seeds
1 tsp or 5 g of hemp seeds
1. Add all ingredients to a smoothie blender and mix.
2. Taste and adjust the amount of coconut milk to your desired consistency.
3. Be creative with your toppings by adding any of the following: banana, strawberries, chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, pomegranate arils or hemp seeds.
